Lead time

Most of my products are made to order. I’m a one person operation making bags in my spare time. I have a “real” job and plenty of other hobbies. But I do my best to fill orders as quickly as I can.

Please check the banner at the top of every page for my current lead times. This is my estimated maximum length of time between when I receive an order and ship it out. Production times may vary depending on order volume, seasonal demand, surf conditions, etc.

You’ll get a message once your order has shipped.

If you need your order by a specific date please email me before placing your order and I’ll let you know if your timeline is realistic.

Shipping

Orders ship via standard carrier service, generally USPS.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
At this time, I ship within the United States only.
Local pick-up in Petaluma, California may by available to skip shipping charges. Please contact me before placing your order to confirm local pick up is currently available. If I confirm it is, please select local pick-up during check out.
