Warranty

• All products include a lifetime warranty. I stand by my sewing so if any stitches ever come loose reach out to rippleandrockgear@gmail.com and I’ll make it right. This excludes normal wear and tear, and repair or replacement will be up to my discretion.

Returns

• Because each item is custom-made, I do not accept returns or exchanges.

• Please review your color choices and other details carefully before placing your order.

Cancellations, changes

• Orders may be canceled or changed within 24 hours of purchase.

• After 24 hours, production may have begun and cancellations/changes are no longer possible.
  
  

Defects or Issues

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. I will work with you to repair or replace the item as appropriate.
